Validation

Our Surveyors will visit site and carryout a full inspected of the damage. They will then agree with the insured what is or is not covered under the policy and agree a scope of works to return the property back to pre-loss condition.

Audit

Our Surveyors will attend site and review the scope of works against the completed works and check for leakage. They will also review the quality of the work completed and discuss the progress and overall satisfaction for the insured.

Our Team

Daniel Kelly

Daniel began his career in insurance in January 2000 and has handled claims for all the large insurers and for the first 14 years was the director of a Building company completing repairs to damaged properties.

Aside from work Daniel is a keen sportsman and trains and competes in Triathlon. He has represent GBR Age Group in the ITU Triathlon World Championships.

Melissa Kelly.

Melissa came into insurance in 2014 following a career in Assisted Technology. Melissa has gained a vast insurance knowledge and is a valued member of the team.

In her spare time she also trains and competes in triathlon as well as enjoying her time with the Grandchildren.
